While receiving your training at Mr. Clean-Up, you will follow a list of specific tasks to assist you with your initial assignments.
Our standards include the following:
• The office space is clean, well maintained, and dust free;
• The bathrooms have proper supply of toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, hand soap and disinfectant;
• The items on the list are checked off as you complete each task;
• The feedback you receive is incorporated in subsequent days.
You will receive ongoing feedback from your mentor.

Once you complete your training at Mr. Clean-Up, you become a mentor to our new staff. In addition to ensuring they fulfil their responsibilities as new team members, you also supervise their work as you assign new tasks. Your responsibilities also include:
• Identifying additional areas that require cleaning;
• Addressing the cleaning needs of each office space;
• Contacting your supervisor when issues arise during a routine cleaning.
You will receive ongoing feedback from your mentor in a managerial position.

After you demonstrate that you are ready for additional responsibilities, you may apply for a managerial position. You will visit sites to supervise the work completed by new staff and to ensure the needs of each client are being addressed. Attention to detail is key in order to ensure staff under your supervision do a thorough job at every site.
