Born and raised in Portugal, Arthur Silva began his career in the skilled trades and became a certified Industrial Electrician. After ten years in the trade, he set his sights on Canada in pursuit of new opportunities and a brighter future.
Determined to succeed, Arthur committed himself to learning Canadian business practices, improving his English, and embracing the entrepreneurial journey. In 1990, he founded Mr. Clean-Up Inc., a company rooted in professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Through hard work, integrity, and a dedication to quality service, Arthur transformed Mr. Clean-Up Inc. into a trusted name in the cleaning industry, recognized for its high standards and dependable service across Winnipeg.

In 1997, Arthur married Sueli, a Brazilian with a Japanese heritage, who became not only his life partner but also an integral part of the business.
With her keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Sueli has played a vital role in the company’s success. She has helped shape Mr. Clean-Up Inc. into a company that values both its employees and clients, fostering a work environment that promotes growth, professionalism, and excellence.
